I do not speak for Israel

CLARRISA / ALL,
Please take time to read the comment by BLUEWARRIOR and you will then understand better the nature of the problem.
Israel is able to get away with it’s actions for one reason and one reason only American Jewish Zionists who support its actions. The US Senate (and remember this is a Christian country) breaks for the Jewish New Year, this explains a lot about the bias in US politics.
The state of Israel and it’s follows make this an argument about Jew vs non Jew, so I am sorry if you would prefer to spend your time buying handbags, but you don’t have any choice but to be involved.
Well actually you do. You call yourself Jewish, but you don’t sound like you practice Juadism and you weren’t born in Israel.
At the time the Tanakh was written, there was a Jewish nation and the book was relevant. From the demise of the previous nation up until the present period there was no Israel to be born in, so being Jewish could only be possible by following the faith. As you prefer to spend your time checking out handbags you don’t sound like someone who has a lot of faith.
So as with most religion there is a massive misinterpretation of what is actually written and what it means. There is a good chance I am a descendant of Genghis Khan, who wished his Kingdom to last forever. Unfortunately he was illiterate so there is no book back up this claim. Is it therefore justifiable for me to call myself a Mongol and start a campaign to re-instate the greater kingdom of Mongolia? No, sounds pretty stupid doesn’t it?
What is a shame about your position is that it has nothing to do with you being Jewish or not. You are a human being in society and you have a duty to get involved. By doing nothing you as much to blame as those extremists that are causing these problems.
www.jewsagainstzionism.com is always a good reference point. It is written by people who actually understand their religion and are not just a bunch of bigots.
Don’t judge Israel’s ‘war crimes’

Is this a comedy piece ?
It’s an April fool letter that has been released a bit early by mistake right?
Or maybe I just wasn’t aware how endemic crack smoking in the Israeli right wing was.

What is disgraceful about this article is that if the National Front wanted to right an article in The Guardian they would be told straight away where to go.
“Using Palestinians as human shields was prohibited by the Israeli supreme court. The fact that the British did it in Palestine in 1936-39, during the Arab revolt in Palestine, is not an excuse”
The Jewish Agency and the Hagana, headed by David Ben Gurion, the Irgun Z’vai Leumi headed by Menahem Begin, and the Stern Gang co-headed by Yitzhak Shamir all started a campaign of terrorism against members of the British armed forces, British police, Palestinian police and the Palestinian civilian population.
It is interesting to note the similarities in the tactics employed by the various Palestinian factions to defend themselves bare a striking resemblance to those tactics first employed against them to scare them from their land.
It is also worrying to note that the father of Obama’s secretary of state was a member of one of these terrorist organisations.
Of course if you have the will of god behind you killing innocent people is allowed – sound familiar. Pot, kettle, black.
Get back under you stone Uri
Boycotting Israel is doomed to fail
avidmerion’s comment 26 Jan 09, 8:38pm
What a load of rubbish Mr Freedman is talking, another clever bit of Zionist manipulation to protect their interests no doubt.
By Boycotting Israel and showing ALL Israelis how disgusted we are by their country, maybe they will get off their arses and do something about it. Like vote for example, as they supposedly live in a democracy that all of them voted for.
I am sure the 15% of Arab Israelis would welcome anything that removed the Zionists from power. They are treated like animals in their own country so a bit more hardship is hardly going to worry them if it has the long term object of removing the most revolting democratic government in the world today.
Of course the biggest problem are the Jews outside Israel that seem to have very little understanding of their history or their religion and feel they must alway support Israel regardless of what it does.

Facing up to violence in Iran
avidmerion’s comment 28 Aug 08, 12:07pm
@monmassoud
The Iran – Irag war was mainly to do with a long running border dispute relating to a resource rich region of the gulf war. Check your facts out before spouting such rubbish about holy wars.
You might also want to check out:
www.jewsagainstzionism.com to see that the removal of the current Israeli regime is not such a bad thing.
Finally, since we in the West are not much better with our record of human rights abuses, it only smacks of hypocracy to start accusing another country of the same crimes…
Maybe we should get our own house in order before pointing the finger at others..
We lie and bluster about our nukes – and then wag our fingers at Iran
avidmerion’s comment 30 Jul 08, 4:25pm
It is also worth noting that Iran hasn’t waged a war on its neighbours just or unjust in over 150 year, that can’t be said of America or Israel.
And certainly this “murderous regime” is no less murderous than Israel when you take into account what they have done in Palestine over the last 50 years. Lets not forget the Zionist terrorist who bombed the British in the late 40′s.
However what is most ironic is that last time world peace was threatened by National Socialist we had a small evenT called WWII.
Why now we have rampant national socialism in Israel is this suddenly acceptable? Of course they call it something different to confuse you, but what they are doing in Israel is the same.
There was a small piece of legislation passed in Israel not so long ago that allowed the expulsion of foreign workers working in restaurants in Israel, mostly Thais, Indians, etc. Why? So they could be replaced by Israelis and help to keep the state of Israel pure.
The Zionists of Israel have done an excellent job of tricking people to think that attacking Israel is the same as attacking Jews. IT IS NOT.
WORLD WAR III MIGHT START IN IRAN, BUT IT WILL BE STARTED BY THE ISRAELIS.

It’s great when the debate about Iran starts the classic quote “wipe Israel off the face of the planet” is trundled out.
Anyone with a basic grasp of farsi who actually saw the quote would know that what was actually said by Khomeni and paraphrased by Ahmadinejad is
“the current Zionism regime should be blow off the pages of history”. This is flowery old farsi speak for they need a serious change of government.
If anyone is under any doubt why a change of regime is required in Israel, firstly they should stop smoking crack and secondly they should read this website front to back and then you might have a clue…

Who knows what happened on 9/11?
avidmerion’s comment 18 Jul 08, 3:32pm
One of the greatest cover ups of all time…..
Zionism is a legitimate political movement.
We went to war against the last major nationalist socialist party (you might know them better as the Nazi party), how come we seem to be support Zionism which is another nationalist movement also involved in genocide?

So, you believe in conspiracy theories, do you? You probably also think you’re the Emperor of Pluto
avidmerion’s comment 14 Jul 08, 11:20pm
It is interesting that those in this comment stream with the most rational well presented arguments are the so called nut jobs and those ranting and swearing about how stupid the
conspiracy theorists are the supposed rational people.
Interestingly enough I have 3 times tried to post a comment under a different user name directing people to an interesting web site called jews against zionism dot com, that challenged the mainstream views about Israel. My first comment was completely removed and the second two haven’t made it past the moderator.
That is how the mainstream works, it suppresses dissent regardless of whether it is right or wrong.
It is a shame that so many people we are involved in this comment stream believe so much of what they read in the main stream media.
“I read it in a book, therefore it must be true”.
“Don’t all clap at once, that is how fascism started”
