Set forth below, are links to posts made by certain commenters that have a track record of posting antisemitic comments that violate the EUMC Working Definition of Antisemitism (see How We Define Antisemitism).
Although some of the posts when viewed individually may not necessarily be antisemitic per se, when viewed in their aggregate they evince disturbing antisemitic sentiment. While the frequency in which these commenters post on ‘Comment is Free’ varies, most of them are “well-known” regulars who use ‘Comment is Free’ comment threads to promote their racist agenda.
It is poignant to note that of the collection of comments in the following links, only a handful were ever moderated by the Guardian moderators demonstrating the woefully inadequate nature of the Guardian’s enforcement of its own self-imposed community standards and guidelines.
The failure to permanently ban these commenters and to allow their posts to remain in the ‘Comment is Free’ archives is a damning indictment of the Guardian’s complicity in the spread of hate speech in its own mainstream media platform.
Please click on the name of the commenter below to view a selection of their posts which either individually or in the aggregate evince the antisemitic views of their authors:
