My interview on Norwegian TV, about CiF Watch’s work combating antisemitism at the Guardian


While in Metula on March 30th, on Israel’s border with Lebanon, covering the Global March to Jerusalem, I met a journalist named Haakon who worked for TV Visjon Norge, who was also covering the event.  TV Visjon Norge is a Norwegian Christian television channel, the first Scandinavian Christian television channel to air 24 hours a day.  

Upon talking about my job, he asked if I’d be interested in being interviewed by their Editor and Chairman,  Jan Hanvold, about our blog’s work, combating antisemitism and the assault on Israel’s legitimacy at the Guardian, on their show, broadcast live from their studio in Jerusalem.

The show aired live on April 7th.

    Has there been any feedback from Norway since this was broadcast?

  2. I’ve gotten a lot of Norwegian Christian Facebook friends since the broadcast, but other than than that it hard to tell. The Christian Zionist community in Norway is very passionate, but they’re, sadly, in the minority. Evidently, though, that TV station is the most viewed Christian show in Scandinavia.

      Very good interview . The stop start translation must have been a little tricky . Any idea on viewing numbers and whether it will be seen beyond the committed Christian community .
      Also congrats on a brilliantly conceived and conducted floptilla and ‘million’March campaign . I’m sure it played a great part in rendering both events the total fails they turned out to be .
      Here’s to a continued and greater collaboration between CIF watch, BIC and a teaming up with like minded committed Zionist organizations globally .
      One voice ,vision and objective to defeat the Islamofascist / leftist alliance .

  7. I agree with the other comments above. Excellent interview, you managed to mention all the most important points of your (and our) work. I hope this gets wider coverage. You should post this video on your own (or CW’s) youtube channel.

  10. The host introduces the Guardian as a “### respectable British newspaper” (that’s about all I could understand).
    Perhaps the word(s) before was “supposedly”? ;-)

    • Perhaps you should ask the Copts in Egypt and the Catholics in Iraq where the attitude towards Israel explains the Muslims torching their churches.

  12. Well done Adam. I am impressed with your succinct and to the point answers. Whenever I am asked, on the street, for my opinions in this way, all my strongly held views seem to whir and blur and I end up sounding like a mindless twit.

  16. It’s perfect time to make some plans for the future and it is time to be happy. I’ve read this post and if I could I wish to suggest you few interesting things or suggestions. Perhaps you could write next articles referring to this article. I wish to read even more things about it!
