“We do not practice any torture here,” he says. “That takes place at the interrogation centre, before people are convicted.” – Naser Suleiman, director of Gaza’s new maximum security prison, to Sydney Morning Herald correspondent Jason Koutsoukis.

BTW, did CiF just change its web page design? It was weird, there I was reading one minute and after I clicked back, it was all changed the next! Now some sort of picture adorns the header and it’s all gone white!
Or is it just my browser playing tricks with me!

That wasn’t all they missed. The Guardian also missed the fact that Hamas* confirmed the Israeli report of the numbers of Hamas operatives (fighters/terrorists/militia) killed in the Cast Lead operation. Had they noted this they would have had rather a scoop in that they would have proved that Richard Goldstone’s report which trusted Hamas’s figures completely was therefore totally incorrect in its assumptions and conclusions.
Israel was proved right once more (add it to Jenin ‘massacre’, El Durah, etc.)

Israel should give this B…. her marching orders. This woman couldn’t lie straight in bid.
If for some reason this woman decided to be objective, the Guardian would tell her to get lost. Why does Israel tolerate these stinkers.

Rural, I’m working on an edit button for comments. I agree, it would be very useful.

The articles and the posters on CiF are getting dumber, how that is possible seeing as they were terribly bad to start with.
The latest article from Shamus Milne is the absolute pits.
