Guardian’s Obsession with Israel – May 31, 2010

The G will have a few field days with this.

The whole thing is a joke of course. 50 people were massacred in Pakistan last week and in Bangladesh Muslims exiting mosques beat Hindus to death chanting AllluAkhbar.

Of course no Jews or Palestinians were involved so those deaths matter not. Muslims can kill at will, Saudi is bombing Yemen like if it were Warsaw, Turkey is bombing Northern Iraq, who cares, little girls are massacred in Afghanistan and N Korea is threatening nuclear war.

Now news there, moving on…. we have a real story to follow in our stated mission to de-legitimize Israel at every turn and every page.

This will be yet another opportunity to expose the Guardian as the Der Strummer of our times, the circus will be entertaining, expect Hamas apologists (and Hamas operatives), Jew hating Communist Jews and Muslim writers belching out their stories demanding the world share their crocodile tears for 10 dead fanatic morons who sacrificed themselves for media prostitution.

“They died for us Guardinistas”… so we can have a few good cartoons and sob stories hustled out of the most ridiculous publication of the modern age.

The Guardian’s editorial is worse than you could imagine, they’ve really got it in for Israel (and the Jews). They dismiss the passengers’ attack and say Israel provoked a riot.
“What did the commandos expect pro-Palestinian activists to do once they boarded the ships”? Um, surrender. Act like the “civilians” and “peace activists” they’re supposed to be. What moron fights an army, let alone the IDF? A suicidal one, that’s what. No regard for life, their own or anyone else’s; by provoking Israel they knowingly sacrifice their own lives for the sake of a PR win for the Arabs and Palestinians and to stir up international condemnation for Israel daring to defend itself.

It’s currently massive “front page” news, with 11 articles and a very prominent photo.

I’ve pointed this out on the Soueif thread. My comment will probably be deleted for being off-topic – but IMO the entire Soueif article is likewise exactly that.

Guardian editorial calling for the invasion of Israel:

“Nato warships [would] in fact be heading for Israel. Perhaps they should be.”

The Guardian is going into mass cluster-fuck mode.

Interesting to see how they behave when some sanity returns.
